1. Engage with Customers to map out current processes.
2. Solution the Everstage product to meet with the unique requirements of the Enterprise / Large-Enterprise customers.
3. Determine input data required from various departments on the customer’s end.
4. Draw out implementation plans, timelines and provide regular updates to customers during implementation.
5. Configure customer instances and implement Compensation Plans for the required roles.
6. Provide onboarding assistance and training to customer admins and payees.
Requirements
1. 3-6 yrs of experience in a relevant customer facing role for North America/ EU/ AUS regions.
2. Excellent Communication Skills.
3. Understanding of product integrations and APIs.
4. Strong mathematical aptitude.
5. Experience in handling enterprise customers.
6. Proficient with SQL, Excel & Data Transformation.
7. Comfortable in handling implementation projects independently.
Good to have
1. Basic understanding of variable compensation models.
2. Experience of managing complex implementations.
3. Startup experience.
