Senior Demand Generation Marketer

As our Demand Generation Specialist, you'll be the architect of hyper-personalized marketing journeys that turn anonymous companies into engaged prospects, and prospects into pipeline gold. You're not just running campaigns. You're building relationships at scale, one carefully crafted touchpoint at a time.


Working within our agile team, you'll blur the lines between art and science, creativity and data, turning insights into action and accounts into advocates.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Selecting accounts to target, mapping out buying committees, and leveraging real-time signals to refine segmentation for focused campaigns and plays.

  • Run account research and persona mapping to fuel campaign messaging across all formats from ads to emails to gift notes.

  • Build and launch both 1-few and 1-many campaigns through channels including but not limited to email, paid media, direct mail, webinars, and events - handling both campaign setup and creative development.

  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, monitor performance, run continuous experiments to optimize results, and communicate insights to stakeholders and activation signals to go-to-market teams for timely follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with design teams to develop campaign materials and manage end-to-end project delivery from concept to launch.

  • Coordinate hands-on campaign execution across different channels while leveraging AI tools and first-principles thinking to solve campaign challenges.


This role would be a great fit for you, if you:


  • Have 3-5 years of B2B demand-gen, growth, or ABM experience under your belt.

  • Are comfortable working side-by-side with GTM teams and speaking their language.

  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of enterprise SaaS business and sales-led motions.

  • Navigate MAPs and CRMs (HubSpot preferred) like a digital native.

  • Can turn data into compelling stories and write copy that makes people stop scrolling and start converting.

  • Get energized by fast-paced environments where today's hypothesis becomes tomorrow's best practice.

  • Stay curious and keep up with recent marketing developments - whether it's new tactics, channels, or tech.
